York Village has a small selection of “Good Neighbor” rules for the benefit of all residents.

• Please keep the “speed horses” in their designated positions. York Village worked with Brentwood public safety to determine the ideal location to help keep traffic traveling at a safe speed throughout York Village
• Please no street parking overnight. Our streets are narrow and we want to minimize the amount of cars parked on the roads and especially ensure clear passage for emergency vehicles.
• Please clean up after your pet. We have many fury friends in York Village.
• Please ensure your property does not drain water runoff to the street. Over time this damages our private roads as well as creates a public safety hazard especially in the colder months. While York Village does not enforce Brentwood codes, this is also a local municipal code.
